Shidokan MMA karate highlight
Shidokan is a kyokushin karate offshot which includes kickboxing (muaythai/thaiboxing rules) and MMA along with bareknuckle “knockdown” karate in a thriatlon of martial art. This is a highlight from the 2005 shidokan karate world cup. In this particular event they only fight bareknuckle “knockdown” karate rules though.
